Shawn and his team made a difficult process incredibly easy. I had to manage a handful of things out of state which made it hard with coordinating contractors, but Shawn took all of this on, reducing a great amount of stress. There were even some fixes I planned to do myself but didn't get around to and he took the time to do these himself with the help of his team. Definitely would recommend.
